Justin M. Young, DDS, MD

Dr. Young has been in clinical practice for more than 15 years. He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology and Immunology at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Ohio State University and completed his Doctor of Medicine and specialty program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Jefferson Medical College and was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Young went on to complete a fellowship in Cosmetic Facial and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Institute for Facial and Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. Brent Kennedy.

Patient care and safety are his utmost priorities. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and enjoys the outdoors fly fishing, backpacking, cross country skiing, and camping.

Gregory J. Keiser DMD

Dr. Gregory Keiser, a native Philadelphian, received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Kings County Hospital/SUNY Downstate Hospital in New York.

Dr. Keiser has lectured on many surgical topics as well as on practice development both nationally and internationally. While practicing in New Jersey for 30 years, he continued teaching students and surgical residents at Kings County and Columbia Presbyterian Hospitals. He has written a book, contributed to textbooks and published papers in anesthesia and surgical literature.

Dr. Keiser is a U.S. Army veteran, receiving his honorable discharge in 1995. He graduated successfully from the U.S. Army Airborne at Fort Bragg (Moore)) in Columbus, GA.

For 20 years, Dr Keiser directed a study group of over 80 dentists and dental specialists dedicated to total patient care. His club was honored with national awards.

His career long passion has been to bring healing to children around the globe. He serves on the Board of Directors of Healing the Children, NE and has led teams around the world for 30 years. He and his team volunteer to travel to the neediest children, providing surgical and dental care.

He and his wife, Dawn have chosen Leesburg as their home and enjoy their free time exploring local communities and traveling to cities new to them. He is a member of St Teresa’s Church in Albany, and you’ll often find him downtown walking the river walk.

Dr Keiser has two grown children Victoria, a surgeon and Hans, a psychologist at the VA in Calgary. He enjoys biking, reading, gardening, and cooking. He is a student of the Spanish language.
